Ray Titus

Ray Titus started Signarama in 1986 with his father. After the original store in Farmingdale, New York, became successful, the duo decided to start franchising the concept in 1987. After many years of success with Signarama, Ray decided to expand his concept and help other entrepreneurs with different ideas get their businesses off the ground by franchising. This was the beginning of Global Franchise Group, which is now internationally successful with over 1,400 franchise locations in about 73 different countries.

Bill Luce

The management team is headed up by Michael Ziff.
Michael was Educated at Clifton College, Bristol, and Leeds University. He is married with three sons, formerly from Leeds and now lives in London.
Following university, Michael worked for Slater Walker and Debenhams, before joining the family footwear business, Stylo Barratt as a Director, and in 1990 became Chief Executive Officer.
In addition, Michael holds many executive and non-executive directorships, and acts as an advisor and mentor to a number of businesses and charitable concerns.

Bill is responsible for the overall global growth and strength of the Transworld Business Advisors Brand.
He provides strategic leadership for the Company by working with the CEO and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies which monitor and develop the organisation’s fiscal function and performance.
Bill is a well-rounded, results-driven and well-qualified sales and marketing executive, offering a solid combination of sales and management acumen.
He has over 20 proven years of qualified and high profile executive experience in the franchising, marketing and business development arena. He has trained top notched sales executives and is totally accustomed to challenging marketing environments

Andrew Cagnetta is a businessman that delights in helping entrepreneurs achieves their goals of buying a business or expanding an existing business. Andrew has been in the business brokerage industry for over 20 years and is considered to be an expert in the industry. In addition to his endeavors in the business world, Andrew Cagnetta has also helped to fund and break ground of a Junior Achievement U.S.A. location and is an organizer and cook for Andy’s Family Pasta Dinner, an annual fundraiser geared towards helping food insecure individuals and families in Broward County, Florida.
